Cordaro Ryan Stock Obituary, LINCOLN COUNTY, Ore. — Cordaro Ryan Stock, 34, of Toledo, Oregon, has lost his life following a fatal crash on Highway 20 in Lincoln County late Wednesday night, August 26, 2026.
According to the Oregon State Police, the situation occurred at approximately 11:35 p.m. near milepost 10 on Highway 20. Investigators noted that a vehicle traveling westbound struck what the driver initially believed was a deer.
The vehicle continued along the highway before eventually stopping at a business in Newport. While there, another person spoke with the driver and passenger and learned that the vehicle may have struck a person. That individual contacted 911, prompting authorities to investigate the incident.
Officers with the Toledo Police Department later located a deceased pedestrian in a ditch near milepost 10. The pedestrian was identified as Cordaro Ryan Stock.
While the circumstances of his death are the subject of an ongoing investigation, Stock’s passing represents the loss of a life that mattered to his loved ones and others who knew him. At 34, his life was tragically cut short, leaving behind memories that will remain with those who shared part of his journey.
